Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US federal holidays. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting:

Delayed or Lost Packages

PetNest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control. If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us immediately at buypetnest@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at buypetnest@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Missing Package

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24-48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  3. Contact us at buypetnest@gmail.com if still missing after 48 hours

Customs & Import Duties

All shipments are within the United States — no customs fees or import duties apply.
